Many states are currently passing this so adoptees can receive a copy of their original birth certificate.
people who are not working and have had issues due to not knowing their history of their very own life.
why this information is being withheld as if imprisoning our citizens from their own identities seems a travesty to our own freedoms.
why should this be an option? many people years ago and even still today due to social situations and poverty are forced to give up their child.
many have searched in hopes sometimes daily to their graves and beyond to reunite their families.
many have searched as adoptees as well feeling lost in the world, abandoned, wondering why? and having so many questions unanswered.
in the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave we have an entitled right to be free. This includes being able to trace our true family tree no matter the struggles or challenges with such truths.
this includes knowing our own identities no matter how painful the past may appear. God does heal with time. Love conquers all.
search for petitions and movements to join to help a huge portion of our own citizens gain their identities and sign them and join the cause.
OUr country is based on strong roots. Our people deserve to have their family roots as well.
we are all entertwined in this world as one people.
